By accessing or using the ThrymCore website and purchasing any products—including Keyboards, Mice, and Controllers—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

All transactions are conducted without a user account system; orders are processed based on the information you provide at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that all details submitted (e.g., shipping address, payment information) are accurate and complete. ThrymCore reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud or violation of these terms.

ThrymCore reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies and to update or change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will inform you and offer the option to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.

6. Refund Policy

ThrymCore offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for Keyboards, Mice, and Controllers. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Customized or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.
